CCRNet is research and public knowledge infrastructure from Hive Forensics AI Inc. The work advances open and responsible artificial-intelligence technology, research, and education for public safety, fraud prevention, cybercrime analysis, and trustworthy access to knowledge.

01Open Knowledge Infrastructure
We maintain Knolo and related open-source tools for reproducible, local-first, privacy-conscious AI retrieval. The work is intended for investigations, education, archives, knowledge systems, local government, and regulated, sensitive, or offline environments.
02Cybercrime Research
Through CCRNet, we study how fraud and cybercrime reports can be structured, searched, connected, evaluated, and safely used in model development. Research directions are distinguished from released capabilities.
03Public Education
We work to publish fraud typologies, research findings, safety guidance, anonymized trend reports, technical papers, and educational datasets that make cybercrime knowledge more useful and understandable.
04Investigator & Researcher Support
We intend to provide tools, datasets, or technical assistance to qualified researchers, journalists, victim-support organizations, and under-resourced public agencies. Eligibility and availability will be published before applications open.

A local-first retrieval stack for reproducible knowledge access, with deterministic lexical retrieval, optional semantic reranking, offline-friendly packs, and no required vector database. Knolo is not exclusive to cybercrime.

Before reopening public intake or governed data exchange, CCRNet intends to publish and operationalize the policies below. Until then, public report intake remains closed.
Data governance
Policies will cover permissible sources, consent and lawful basis, minimization, retention, access, allegation handling, correction, provenance, de-identification, model-training eligibility, prohibited uses, legal requests, transfers, and human review.
Open-source policy
Knolo source, documentation, release terms, and contribution practices are maintained publicly. CCRNet will identify which research outputs, datasets, and tools can be released safely.
iCommunity discussion is not investigative intake.Forum posts are community discussions, not police reports, findings of guilt, or automatic entries in an investigative dataset. Public allegations and personal information are prohibited. Urgent or active crimes should be reported to the appropriate authorities.
